E-invoicing POS & billing · United Arab EmiratesE-invoicing POS and billing software for UAE businesses
Bill at the counter today, and be ready for UAE e-invoicing in 2027. MC-POS Cloud prints 5% VAT invoices with your TRN, and sends your B2B invoices to the Accredited Service Provider you choose.
Quick answer
MC-POS Cloud is a POS and billing app for UAE shops, restaurants and traders. It makes tax invoices and simplified tax invoices with 5% VAT and your TRN, in Arabic and English, and keeps billing offline. Its UAE e-invoicing connector sends B2B invoices and credit notes to your Accredited Service Provider (ASP), shows the status of each one, and receives your suppliers' e-invoices. Walk-in (B2C) receipts are out of scope, so nothing changes at the counter. UAE VAT billing and e-invoicing are on the Advanced and Restaurant plans.
Businesses with revenue of AED 50 million or more must appoint an ASP by 30 October 2026 and go live on 1 January 2027; everyone else goes live on 1 July 2027. The full rules are in our UAE e-invoicing guide.

What a UAE business needs from billing software — and how MC-POS does it
VAT invoices with your TRN
Tax invoices and simplified tax invoices with 5% VAT, your TRN, and the buyer's TRN when they are VAT-registered.
Connected to your ASP
Choose your ASP in settings, add the API key (stored encrypted), your TIN, TRN and Peppol ID, and test the link.
B2B sent, B2C left alone
A sale to a customer with a TRN goes to your ASP. Walk-in receipts are marked not in scope and never sent.
A status you can see
Pending, Accepted or Rejected with the ASP's message for every invoice. Nothing is sent twice.
Supplier e-invoices inbox
Invoices your suppliers send through the network land in MC-POS, ready to become a purchase order.
Arabic and English
Bilingual invoice templates, and the app itself in Arabic or English.
Fast billing
Barcode or touch billing, hold bills, discounts, and cash, card or split payment.
Bills offline
The till keeps billing with no internet; B2B invoices go to your ASP as soon as it syncs.
One business, every device: the counter, the owner's phone and the back-office computer share the same data — Android, iPhone, Windows, macOS and the web. See all MC-POS Cloud features.
UAE e-invoicing in one minute — and what to check in your billing software
The UAE uses the Peppol 5-corner model: your billing software sends the invoice to your ASP, your ASP sends it to the buyer's ASP, and the ASPs report the tax data to the FTA. The data standard is PINT AE. B2B and B2G invoices and credit notes are in scope; B2C is not, for now. Fines include AED 5,000 a month for not appointing an ASP or not putting e-invoicing in place on time. Read the full UAE e-invoicing guide.
Before you choose billing software, check that it:
- Connects to your ASP by API, so invoices go out on their own — not by upload.
- Receives supplier e-invoices as well as sending yours.
- Sends credit notes linked to the original invoice.
- Shows the status of every invoice and never sends one twice.
- Keeps your counter as it is — B2C receipts stay out of it.
MC-POS does all five. Every ASP has its own API, so we confirm and test the link with your chosen ASP while setting you up.

Frequently asked questions
Is MC-POS ready for UAE e-invoicing?
Yes. The UAE connector is built into MC-POS Cloud: it sends B2B invoices and credit notes to your Accredited Service Provider, tracks the status of each one and receives supplier e-invoices. Every ASP has its own API, so we confirm and test the link with your chosen ASP during setup.
Is MC-POS an Accredited Service Provider (ASP)?
No. MC-POS Cloud is POS, billing and accounting software. It sends your B2B invoices to the ASP you appoint, and the ASP passes them on and reports to the FTA.
Do my retail receipts need to be e-invoices?
Not for now. B2C sales to consumers are out of scope of UAE e-invoicing, so counter receipts stay as they are. E-invoicing covers B2B and B2G invoices and credit notes.
When must my business start e-invoicing?
Businesses with revenue of AED 50 million or more must appoint an ASP by 30 October 2026 and start on 1 January 2027. Businesses below AED 50 million appoint an ASP by 31 March 2027 and start on 1 July 2027. Government entities start on 1 October 2027.
Can MC-POS print Arabic invoices with my TRN?
Yes. Tax invoices and simplified tax invoices print in Arabic and English with your TRN, the 5% VAT and, for VAT-registered buyers, their TRN.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. MC-POS tills bill fully offline. B2B invoices made offline go to your ASP as soon as the till syncs, so keep tills online regularly.
