UAE — e-invoicing 2027

Field service software ready for UAE e-invoicing in 2027

The UAE is moving B2B and B2G invoices to Peppol e-invoicing through Accredited Service Providers (ASPs). FieldN sends your service invoices to your ASP from the same system that runs your jobs.

Quick answer

FieldN has UAE e-invoicing built in. You enter your ASP's connection details once. After that, an invoice to a business or government customer is built as PINT AE data and sent to your ASP, which delivers it to the buyer's ASP and reports it to the FTA (the Peppol 5-corner model). An invoice to a consumer is out of scope and is marked "not applicable" so an auditor can see it was checked. Big businesses (AED 50M+) go live on 1 January 2027 and everyone else on 1 July 2027 — read our UAE e-invoicing guide.

How FieldN handles UAE e-invoicing

Connects to your ASP

Your ASP's details live in Settings; FieldN sends PINT AE data to it for every B2B and B2G invoice.

Peppol 5-corner model

Your ASP delivers to the buyer's ASP and reports the tax data to the FTA — no stamp or QR on your side.

Consumers out of scope

Invoices to consumers are marked "not applicable" instead of skipped, so the record shows why nothing was sent.

Asked only when needed

The invoice page asks to file only when the invoice is in scope and not yet sent.

Never sent twice

An invoice that was already sent is never sent again, so no duplicate reaches the FTA.

Status recorded

Each e-invoice records whether it was reported or rejected, with any errors.

Three apps, one system: a booking portal and app for your customers, a technician app for Android and iPhone, and the office back end for dispatch, contracts, stock, invoices and HR. See all FieldN features.

A UAE facility invoice in FieldN

  1. Work done: the monthly PPM for a Dubai tower is complete.
  2. Invoice: the contract invoice is raised with 5% VAT and the client's TRN.
  3. Prompt: the client is a business, so FieldN asks to file the e-invoice.
  4. Sent: PINT AE data goes to your ASP, which delivers it and reports to the FTA.
  5. Status: the result from your ASP is recorded on the e-invoice.

UAE e-invoicing in one minute

UAE VAT is 5%. E-invoicing uses the Peppol 5-corner model: your system sends invoice data to your Accredited Service Provider, which delivers it to the buyer's ASP and reports it to the FTA. Businesses with revenue of AED 50 million or more go live on 1 January 2027 and must appoint an ASP by 30 October 2026; everyone else goes live on 1 July 2027. B2C invoices are out of scope for now. Full details are in our UAE e-invoicing 2027 guide.
