How to put MCPOS on a Urovo terminal
- Install the app. Open Google Play on the terminal and install MCPOS Cloud. If the terminal has no Play Store (some payment terminals ship with the acquirer's own app market), write to us and we will send the APK for your model.
- Create your business. Sign up free inside the app, or on mcpos.mycodlabs.com, and add your products, taxes and outlet.
- Pick the printer. Settings → Printers. On Urovo terminals with a printer, MCPOS can use the built-in printer through the MCPOS Print Helper — ask us to set it up.
- Start billing. Scan or tap an item, take cash, card, UPI or credit, print the bill. The same business opens on the owner's phone, the back-office computer and the web.
MCPOS needs Android 6.0 or newer and about 150 MB free. It bills with no internet at all and syncs when the terminal gets Wi-Fi or a SIM again — which is what most Urovo terminals are used for.

Printing bills on Urovo
Urovo's printer terminals (i9000S and the printer-equipped handhelds) expose the printer through Urovo's own Android service. MCPOS builds standard ESC/POS receipt data and hands it to the MCPOS Print Helper, a small companion app that carries the vendor drivers, including Urovo's. That keeps the main app clean and lets us add a new device family without shipping a new version of MCPOS to everybody.
Bluetooth and network printers work as well, and that is the quickest way to start: pair any 58 mm or 80 mm thermal printer, or use a Urovo K-series portable printer, and print. Barcode and price labels print as bitmaps, so local-language item names come out right.

Counting stock with a Urovo handheld
Open MCPOS on a DT50 or RT40S, choose the warehouse, and scan. Goods receipt against a purchase order, stock transfer between branches, stock adjustment with a reason, expiry and batch capture, rack and bin locations — each scan writes to the same stock ledger that the counter is selling from. A stock difference stops being an argument at the end of the month because every movement has a document behind it.
Van sales and delivery routes
A Urovo handheld with a printer is the classic van-sales device. MCPOS has a van sales mode: load stock to the van, sell and print on the route, collect cash or record the credit, and settle the van at the end of the day. The office sees route-wise sales, collections and stock without a single phone call.
