How to install MC-POS on a Posiflex terminal
- Install the app. Get MC-POS Cloud from the Microsoft Store, or download the .msi installer from the MC-POS download page. Use the .msi on POS terminals with Windows IoT Enterprise — the Store is usually switched off there.
- Create your business. Sign up free inside the app, or on mcpos.mycodlabs.com, and add your products, taxes and outlet.
- Pick the printer. Settings → Printers. Pick the Posiflex or other receipt printer from the Windows printer list, or type the IP of a network printer.
- Start billing. Scan or tap an item, take cash, card, UPI or credit, print or share the bill. The same business opens on every phone, tablet, terminal and computer you add.
MC-POS needs Windows 10 or Windows 11, 64-bit (Home, Pro or IoT Enterprise), 4 GB of RAM or more and about 1 GB free disk. It bills with no internet and syncs when the connection is back.

Printing bills from a Posiflex terminal
Posiflex counters usually come with a Posiflex (or Epson) 80 mm thermal printer and a Posiflex cash drawer. MC-POS prints ESC/POS to them like any Windows app:
- USB — install the printer's Windows driver (or Generic / Text Only), then choose it in MC-POS Settings → Printers.
- Serial (COM) — with the Posiflex driver installed on that COM port, the printer appears in the Windows printer list.
- Network — LAN printers by IP, typically for the kitchen KOT.
The cash drawer on the printer opens through it. Barcode labels print from the Label Studio on a label printer.
