Subscription and activation

What your package includes, when it expires, and how to enter an activation key.

Steps

1. Open it

   My Business → Activation.

2. Read your current plan

   Package name, expiry date, and which modules it unlocks.

3. Enter a key

   Paste the activation key you were issued and apply it. The expiry date moves forward.

4. What happens on expiry

   The cloud is the authority. Once a subscription lapses, the browser locks the affected sections and the till app stops syncing.

Good to know

• Sections vanishing from your left menu after an expiry is the subscription gate doing its job.
