Signing in on the app

The first sign-in must be online. After that the till can be used without a connection.

Steps

1. First sign-in

   Online, with the same email and password you use in the browser. The device registers itself as a terminal.

2. First sync

   Products, categories, customers, tax and settings are pulled down. Let it finish before trading.

3. Later sign-ins

   Work offline. Staff added in the browser can sign in on the till once it has synced them.

Good to know

• A new member of staff cannot sign in on an offline till until that till has synced at least once since they were added.
