Create your business account
Signing up creates your business — what MCPOS calls a tenant. Your data is walled off from every other business on the platform.
Steps

Open the sign-up page
Go to the MCPOS site and choose Register. You will need a business name, your own name, an email address and a mobile number.

Pick your country and dial code
The mobile field has a country picker in front of it. Choose your country first — it sets the dial code and stores your number in international format, which is what SMS and WhatsApp need later.

Choose your business type
Retail, restaurant, clinic and so on. This decides which sections appear in your left menu. You are not locked in; it can be changed afterwards in Business Details.

Upload your logo (optional)
It appears on receipts, invoices, the catalogue and your online store. You can skip it now and add it later.

Submit
Your business is created and you are signed in as its owner, with full permissions.
Good to know
- Sign-up does not leave you with an empty screen. MCPOS seeds a chart of accounts, common units, a few categories, sample products, a fiscal year and a set of service charges (switched off) so you can take a test sale straight away.
- The sample products are there to be deleted once you have loaded your own.
