Customers

Keep a customer record where you need credit, loyalty, delivery or a tax number on the invoice.

Steps

1. Open it

   Sales → Customers.

2. Add a customer

   Name and mobile are enough to start. Add the tax registration number if they need a tax invoice.

3. Set a credit limit

   If they buy on account, set the limit and the payment terms here.

4. Attach a price list

   A wholesale customer can be tied to wholesale prices automatically.

5. Open their page

   Every customer has a hub showing what they bought, what they owe, their loyalty points and their whole history.

Good to know

• Walk-in Customer is a protected default and cannot be deleted. Anonymous counter sales belong to it.
• The mobile number is how loyalty and marketing find someone. Take it properly at the counter.
