Steps

1. Open it

   E-Commerce → Online Orders.

2. Accept or decline

   The customer is notified either way.

3. Move it along

   Preparing, ready, out for delivery, delivered.

4. Invoicing

   An invoice can be raised automatically when an order is accepted, so stock and accounts stay correct without extra typing.
