Party ledger

The running account for one customer or vendor: what was invoiced, what was paid, what is left.

Steps

  1. Open it

    Finance → Party Ledger.

  2. Pick the party

    A customer or a vendor, and a date range.

  3. Read it

    Invoices, payments, returns and notes in date order with a running balance.

  4. Send a statement

    Export it and send it when chasing a debt.
