Quotations

A price offer. It moves no stock and takes no money until the customer accepts.

Steps

1. Create one

   Sales → Quotations → New, or build the cart on the POS screen and choose Quotation instead of Sale.

2. Add lines and validity

   Products, quantities, prices, and how long the quote stands.

3. Send it

   Download a PDF or share a link.

4. Convert it

   When the customer agrees, convert the quotation into a sale. The cart is rebuilt for you on the POS screen — nothing is retyped.
