Reports

Sales, stock, tax, profit and customer reports, all filtered the same way.

Steps

  1. Open it

    Reports → Reports.

  2. Choose the report

    By day, by product, by category, by customer, by staff member, by payment method.

  3. Set the period

    The date filter follows your business timezone, not the browser's.

  4. Read the tax report

    Output tax on sales against input tax on purchases, for your return.

  5. Export

    Excel or PDF from any report.

Good to know

  • Sales reports exclude voided and deleted documents, so a cancelled sale never inflates a total.
  • Two reports can disagree honestly — a by-customer report and a by-product report split the same discounts differently. The totals still tie back to the same sales.
