Stock levels

What you hold, where, and what it is worth. The screen to open before ordering or after counting.

Steps

1. Open it

   Warehouse → Stock Levels.

2. Filter

   By warehouse, category, or low stock only.

3. Read a row

   Quantity on hand, reorder point and value at cost.

4. Correct a figure

   Editing the quantity on the row raises a stock adjustment behind the scenes — the change is recorded, never silent.

Good to know

• The value here should match the stock figure in your accounts. If it does not, something was received without a cost.
