Pay online (Dodo Payments)

Subscribe with a card from the Activation page. The plan switches on by itself and renews every period until you cancel — no key needed.

Steps

1. Open it

   My Business → Activation, then scroll down to Available plans.

2. Pick a plan

   Each card shows the price, the billing period, the number of users and the modules. Click Subscribe on the one you want.

3. Pay in the secure window

   A Dodo Payments checkout opens over the page. Enter your card details and pay. Any tax for your country is added here, before you pay.

4. Wait a few seconds

   When the window closes, the page shows "Checking your payment… this takes a few seconds." Then it opens your dashboard with the plan switched on.

   

5. See your next bill

   Back on Activation, the Online subscription card shows the date and amount of your next bill (before tax). It renews on its own.

   

6. Manage billing

   Change your card, see your invoices or switch plan. This opens Dodo Payments in a new tab.

7. Cancel the subscription

   Click Cancel subscription, then Yes, cancel. The plan stops at the end of the period you already paid for. You keep full access until then and are not charged again.

   

8. Changed your mind?

   Until that date the card says "Your plan stops on …" with a Keep my plan button. Click it and the plan renews as before.

   

Good to know

• Only a user who can edit settings can cancel the plan.
• Dodo Payments is our payment partner. You enter your card on their checkout — MC-POS never sees or stores it.
• Cancelling inside Manage billing can also offer to stop at once. Choose that and access ends straight away, not at the end of the period.
• If a plan's button says Contact admin instead of Subscribe, online payment is not set up for that plan yet — use an activation key.
