Terminals

Every till registers itself here, whatever it runs on. This is where you see which devices are live and cut one off if it is lost.

Steps

1. Open it

   My Business → Terminals.

2. Register a till

   You do not create the entry by hand. Sign in on the till app — on any platform — and the device registers itself; it then appears in this list.

3. Read the list

   Device name, when it last synced, and which settings it is carrying. A till that has not synced for days is the first thing to check when numbers do not agree.

4. Retire a device

   Remove a terminal that is lost or sold. It can no longer sync.

Good to know

• Each terminal keeps its own settings backup, so replacing a broken tablet does not mean setting everything up again.
