This policy applies to MC-POS Cloud subscriptions sold by Mycodlabs Technologies through our website.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, and it handles refunds.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, ask for a refund within 14 days of the payment and you will get a full refund. No questions asked.
This applies to every payment: a new subscription, a renewal, and extra users added during a term.

The refund goes back to the original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
You can cancel at any time from your account (Manage billing in MC-POS Cloud) or by emailing us. After cancelling, you will not be charged again. Your data stays available for export for 90 days, as set out in the Terms of Service.
Nothing in this policy removes rights you have under the consumer law of your country. Where local law gives you a stronger refund right, that law applies.
